About Me

My name is Jonah, I’m 25 and I decided to start this blog because I wanted to give back. I’ve had quite a few relationships in the past. Some good, some bad, but I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure them out and gotten lots of advice. Some good, mostly bad. The problem is, most people don’t know what they are talking about, they just think they do.

After a really harsh break up my Junior year of college, I decided to do some research to figure out what kinds of problems were going on and find real answers. Five years later I’m here and I’m offering up what I have learned to anyone else.
